The hotel's location is superb, being just a short walk to the Nana BTS station, central to various malls and dining options. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the Smart Studio room I stayed in was spacious and clean.
One downside was the occasional noise from other guests, which occasionally disrupted my karaoke sessions.

Thanks all for a decent stay for 4 night. Spacious and huge unit for best value around, we loved it. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone.

The room was separate and with exceptionally comfortable beds. An electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe were all available. The location was central, very close to the restaurant, taxi or the BTS and Railway Station and 2 Supermarkets...
Breakfast was expensive, can be better.

Really had nice stay on business trip. The hotel was clean and spacious. Efficient staff, brand-new and good-sized rooms with bath tub. Sumptuous breakfast, outstanding food. Favourable location at a short distance from a global-themed mall.

The Smart Studio was spacious and sprinkled with the charm of Thai and Indian flavors from the lovely restaurant below, where fresh homemade bread greeted me each morning. Plus, the staff were all about making my stay pleasurable, always ready to help!
While the hotel has a nice vibe, the cleanliness could step up a notch. Surfaces showed they hadn't been wiped in a while, leaving behind little love marks from cups and bowls.

The location is good to do shopping.The staff was verygood.good for families and honeymoon.clean rooms. location is around 300 meters from the noise of the nana road night life.
The breakfast is same everydays,need to improve this point only.

location was perfect... 200m from Nana BTS station.
Internet didn't work very well and few times it was difficult to open the door with keycard (some problem with the system). Same breakfast every morning.
